Fly

I felt compelled to paint this over the Easter break listening to Jason Upton’s "Fly" song on repeat.
We don’t always see the bondages in our heart, we get so comfortable with them that we wear them as a daily accessory. The rock is our Lord, our foundation to our faith but the moss on the rock becomes the comfort for our chains but are they weighing us down? Let the Lord send His grace and love to break those chains so that you can be released to fly like the eagle. Let your true identity emerge as you take flight into freedom and the powerful destiny He has planned for you. Embrace His tidal wave of love to refresh your mindset and clear out the debris of your heart. He is anchored on His giant purple wings protecting you, gathering you into his shelter.
Psalm 91:4
He will cover you and completely protect you with His pinions,
And under His wings you will find refuge;
His faithfulness is a shield and a wall.
